LOCATION: Apartment houses are situated in the centre of Bibione on one of the main streets, 450 m from sandy beach.
ACCOMMODATION:
• BILOCAL for 4 persons consists of bedroom with two beds and living room with double folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
• BILOCAL for 5 persons consists of bedroom with three beds and living room with double folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, balcony.
• TRILOCAL for 4-6 persons consists of two twin-bedded rooms and living room with double folding sofa, kitchenette, bathroom with toilet and shower, balcony.
BOARD: Self-catering.
FURTHER SERVICES: Parking lot with limited capacity and pool (common for more apartment houses).
LENGTH OF STAY, ARRIVAL DAY: Minimum length of stay is 7 nights. The arrival day is Saturday. It is possible to check in after 16,00. You should check out on Saturday by 10,00 AM.
PRICE INCLUDES: Rent of apartment for 7 nights, using pool, insurance against insolvency.
COMPULSORY SURCHARGES: Refundable deposit 100 €/ apartment (in the resort), final cleaning Bilo 4 and 5: 30 €/ apartment, Trilo 6: 40 €/ apartment (except for kitchenette that has to be cleaned at departure, paid in the resort).
OTHER SURCHARGES: Bed linen 7 €/ person (in resort), baby cot 18 €/ week (in resort), beach service 40 €/ 2 deckchairs and 1 parasol/ week in terms 30 June – 1 August 2007, in other terms 30 €/ 2 deckchairs and 1 parasol/ week, comprehensive travel insurance Union 40 SKK/ person/ day.
